But the twist in the story comes when Moody dies and Anna learns that someone has killed her. Then she sets out to avenge his death. The story of the film is very interesting which is liked by everyone.

Now I am going to tell you about the review of the movie The Protege'. The story of the movie really liked by many people so that The Protege' got an IMDb rating of 6.1/10 by 22k IMDb User.
Seeing the rating, some of you must be thinking that this is a very low rating but I want to tell you that this rating will not be bad, it is just a avg of all ratings. According to this, most people have given a rating of more than 6-7 to this film.

"Finally, an action-thriller, not dependent on ridiculous car chases and mindless, reality numbing special effects. This thriller focuses on the attraction of two assassins, each occupied with terminating the other, but for one slightly minor hitch: they kind of like and find their mutual attraction somewhat distracting.
Plenty of action. Far superior to any of the other mindless summer offerings.
One drawback, the viewer will grow attracted to each main character while suspecting the end may not provide the result audiences would hope for, which may harm word of mouth boosts in theater attendance. Look, it's not a bad ending, only half disappointing.
Hollywood just doesn't seem to get it. Moviegoers want to be entertained, not crushed by the ending of a movie.
Look, this is a wonderful, realistic, fun and intelligent movie, especially the parts where Maggie Q and Michael Keaton interact and play off one another's ultimate intentions. Had the movie ended differently, this would have surely been perfect for a sequal. But, that happy prospect is not to be.
I give this movie high marks, though, because unlike the nonsensical, special effects action films out there all summer, this flick shines like a bright star."
