Actually, the friendship between Sandeep Maheshwari and Vivek Bindra was very good and Vivek Bindra had also come on Sandeep Maheshwari's show and he had also told a lot about his business in Sandeep Maheshwari's show.
But recently, like Vivek Bindra, Sandeep Maheshwari has also started a Business Mastery Class on his YouTube channel to understand business better and that too for free. While talking during this session, two boys tell Sandeep Maheshwari that a big business scam has happened to them and this scam has been done by a big business YouTuber of India.
When Sandeep Maheshwari asks in detail, he tells that Rs 50,000 was taken from him for teaching him business strategy, but instead of teaching him how to do business, they made him a sales person and asked him to sell his business to others so that he could earn commission. Through this they get profit. The other person said that in this business one has to deceive people only by telling lies so that they purchase the course so that the person who has made them join can get a good commission.
Well, Sandeep Maheshwari neither took the name of Vivek Bindra nor talked about his YouTube channel anywhere in this video. But still Vivek Bindra understood that this was happening only about his business. And that is why Sandeep Maheshwari was threatened to remove the video and a legal notice was also sent to him.
Sandeep Maheshwari gave this information through a community post on YouTube. In which he said that I am facing a lot of pressure and threats to remove this video but I am not going to remove this video under any circumstances. And that's what they did. Although he did not mention anywhere that Vivek Bindra was getting all this done on him.
After this, Vivek Bindra also posts a community and in this he directly targets Sandeep Maheshwari and challenges that you call me on your show and I will answer each of your questions honestly.
After this, Vivek Bindra puts a video whose thumbnail is - Biggest Controversy, Biggest Programme, Biggest Attack, the timing of which is kept around 7-8 pm.

1. Sandeep Maheshwari says that his team did not take the name of Vivek Bindra anywhere in the video nor did they aim to target any individual, this video was only for public welfare awareness.
2. He said that Vivek Bindra's people are coming to my office, my house, but why? I have spoken to him only once in my entire life and that too on the day my team invited him on the show. He is neither my friend nor my enemy. There was no need as to why they were scaring me.
3. In the third mistake, Sandeep Maheshwari targets his upcoming video which is going to be premiered in the evening of the same day and on this he says that he is planning something which is really immature.
After this, when Vivek Bindra's video comes out in which he targets Sandeep Maheshwari and says that Sandeep Maheshwari has started a new business master class and not many videos are coming on it due to which he has taken these steps.
Later, while targeting Sandeep Maheshwari, he says that if you go to buy his photograph, you will get it for Rs 20000, Rs 30000, Rs 100000. And I am giving my 10 Day MBA course free of cost. By the way, for your information, let me tell you that no one can teach you a course like MBA in 10 days, let alone 6 months.
After this, Sandeep Maheshwari puts a new video in which he openly targets Vivek Bindra and reads the guidelines issued by RBI to declare this type of business illegal. After this he says that if any such scam has happened to anyone then he should inform them through email and also attach the fee receipt of Vivek Bindra's course.
After this, our team will verify thoroughly and then when many people send them the details of the scams that happened to them, then they will file a case against this company with all this evidence so that such scams do not happen in future. For this, he appeals to everyone to go to Twitter and trend #stopvivekbindra so that the government's attention is drawn towards Vivek Bindra so that the government can take legal action against his company.
After this, no video of Vivek Bindra comes out because Vivek Bindra was completely trapped in this controversy and at the same time he gets another big shock when the video of Vivek Bindra goes viral in which Vivek is seen abusing his wife. They are living and also beating. And after this incident, Vivek Bindra's wife's brother goes to the police and registers an FIR against Vivek Bindra, which puts Vivek Bindra in even more trouble.

But when the court heard from my lawyer that my video was correct, he told them without my written statement that there was no need to delete the video. In fact, to maintain peace, the Honorable Court told both of them that no one will make any video against each other as long as this case is pending in the court.
After this, Sandeep Vivek Bindra uploads the 3rd lecture of 10 Day MBA on 31st December on his YouTube and writes in its thumbnail End of all Controversies, and in this video Vivek Bindra says that all these scams will continue, not by words but by my actions.
