"This movie gave everything I love in a Scream film. Gory kills,fun meta commentary, excellent killer reveal.
I loved the reference to A Nightmare on Elm Street in that one shot with the sign. David Arquette’s final performance as Dewey was amazing. So sad to see the character go. But at least his kill was amazingly gory.
Honestly everyone’s performance was excellent in this. I enjoy how they added a character named Wes as a way to symbolize/represent Wes Craven. That man is one of my favorite directors. May he rest in piece. I love how there was no pointless lines. And the mystery of Ghostface’s identity this time is well done.
Though it gets more obvious at the near end of act 2. It took a bit too long for my liking to get to the introduction of the og 3: Sidney,Gale and Dewey. Which its fine. They wanna show their new characters,fair enough. One of my absolute favorite things is that Deat Meat duo,James A. Janisse and Chelsea Rebecca makes a cameo in this. I love those 2 and I adore the kill count.
In conclusion, this movie is one of, if not, the best Scream sequel in the franchise."
