INTRODUCTION
As we all know, South films are very much dominated these days. Ever since the film Pushpa which was released in 2021 has created a buzz in the film industry, people have become crazy about South films.
In this sequence, we all go ahead and talk about another great film, which was the best film of its time.
The name of this movie is Shylock. The director of this film is Ajai Vasudev and this film has been produced by Jobby George.

Now lets talk about Story in short
Moneylender Boss (Mammootty) is a film investor with a shady past. He's at odds with movie director Prathapa Varma (Kalabhavan Shajohn), and what following is a voyage into his past and what he hopes to accomplish by causing Varma trouble.
The Police Commissioner Felix John (Siddique), an elderly guy (Rajkiran), a loving wife (Meena), and some other side characters are added into the mix.

'Punch lu veyalante persona undali,' a sidekick remarks somewhere in the movie, with all the boredom in the world. With this scene, filmmaker Ajai Vasudev is attempting to highlight Mammootty's valour, whether explicitly or implicitly.
This sentence appears to have been written by the writing department and given to the director, who incorrectly assumed he had a complete script. 'Shylock' (the title is strange and unnecessary confusing) is a fanboy ode to the Malayalam superstar, and the truth that almost all Telugu viewers don't think of him as a massy superstar is the film's worst flaw. It should have been enough of a justification to avoid dubbing this in the first place.
"This movie started off as a comedy, is now a mystery, and it's ending with a revenge story," a character comments in passing somewhere in the film. The remark merely serves to demonstrate the writers' and director's fantasies about 'Shylock,' as the film contains neither humor nor thrills. In general, Mollywood films have a poor humor quotient, but 'Shylock' is completely unfunny. Any form of suspense is squandered by a clumsy execution and a ridiculously extended flashback.
No performance, however, has any impact on the male lead actor, who adds some beauty to his character. Gopi Sunder, the film's music director, creates a significantly influenced composition. Renadive's cinematography is perfect for the job.

"This is a movie that is likely to be a major blockbuster of the year," Mammootty declares in the film, yet "Shylock" is anything but. This one is unmemorable because it lacks excellent action moments, humor, and thrills, as well as intelligence and emotional substance.

Director Ajai Vasudev teams up with Mammooty for the 3rd time and gives a massive hit of the year... Mammooty as always raises the goosebumps of the audience with his mesmerizing acting.
He is the Mega One of Mollywood..When seeing the action sequences which had raised the voltage of the movie I and many audiences will feel that how a 68 year old person well performs the actions... What energy he has behind... Mammooty ur a Legend....
When talking about others Siddique and Kalabhavan Shajon as antagonists had performed very well....When villians are strong then only a Hero will be highlighted.....
Overall the movie is a mass entertainer and its a massive hit of the year.....5/5 🌟
